  • What does the BarberZeroUSA™ package contain?

The package contains a  BarberZeroUSA™ haircut, a charging cable, a manual, 4 limit combs, and a card with a secret discount code for your future orders!

  • What is  BarberZeroUSA™ battery life?

After each recharge you can use  BarberZeroUSA™ for 2.5 hours.

  • How do I contact you?

Simply send an email tomail@barberzerousa.com or DM us on Instagram and we will contact you within 24 hours!

  1. How can I change or cancel my order?

Send an email as soon as possible to mail@barberzerousa.com . State your order number in the first email so that we can be of service immediately.
Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have already been sent.

  • I have not received a confirmation email. What now?

First view your unwanted advertising inbox. If the e-mail also does not appear there, you can always contact us so that we can still send you the e-mail!

SHIPMENT

  • Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Yes and no, international orders require the actual shipping charges. Domestic order ship for free.

  • How long does the shipment take?

View our shipping page in the main menu for a detailed indication!

  • Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Simply enter your tracking code on the tracking page on our website. If you cannot find your tracking code, you can always contact us.

  • I have not received any tracking information!

First view your unwanted advertising inbox. If it is not included, you can of course always contact us :)

 

PAYMENTS

  • How can I pay?

You can pay with credit card. All payments are completed in a 100% SSL-secured payment environment.

  • Is VAT included in the price?

Yes, all costs (including VAT) are included in the price!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Can I return the  BarberZeroUSA™ if I am not satisfied?

Absolutely! Ordering from  BarberZeroUSA™ is 100% risk-free. You can therefore order the  BarberZeroUSA™, try them out and return it free of charge within 14 days if you are not satisfied. Once we have received your return shipment, you will receive a full refund.

  • How long does it take to get my money back?

As soon as we have received your package and everything turns out to be in order, you will receive the purchase amount back within 72 hours.

REFUNDS OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At BarberZeroUSA™ we ship worldwide and shipping costs are charged based on location. If shipping to an international destination be advised, customs can slow delivery and we take no responsibility for shipping delays, incorrect address or format, or missed deliveries. Be sure the address provided is accurate (regardless of country being shipped to). BarberZeroUsa will consider all deliveries to countries outside the USA to be completed when the tracking shows the order arrived in you country.
